Mission Statement

As followers of Jesus Christ and as full members of the Roman Catholic Church,

we Parishioners of Holy Spirit Parish strive  to follow the Catholic Teachings and

grow in love and knowledge of  God to become a loving and welcoming

community caring for all in need. We will be faithful to Christ’s call to share His

good news with others.

Guided by the spirit of the Mission Statement and in concert with the Pastor, the HSPPC will prayerfully discern the needs of the Parish community and respond to those needs both within the Parish and beyond to the larger community where appropriate.

1. The HSPPC will function as a consultative body that advises the Pastor and provides leadership to the Parish in temporal and spiritual affairs.   
   
2. The HSPPC will establish priorities, which will provide direction to the Parish in areas of liturgy, religious education, social action, parish & community life and the financial affairs of the Parish.
   
3. The HSPPC will encourage various organizations in the Parish to communicate and work together in a manner that brings people of the Parish together as a whole.
