VACATION BIBLE CAMP.
We have over 50 children registered for Vacation Bible Camp July 8-12. We are reaching out to you as we need many volunteers for various roles. Grade 8's , High School, University students, moms, dads grandparents are all welcome to come and join in this great ministry. We need people to assist with crafts, lead the Bible Story session, help in the kitchen preparing snacks, assist with outdoor activities, assisting with signing in and signing out and many more opportunities to share time and talent. Come and be part of this, whether you can give us the full time 8:30-1:00 or just an hour or so please contact John Zurakowski , holyspiritministry4youth@gmail.com This is a great way for those graduating Grade 8 to start looking at volunteer hours that can be used for high school.
WALKING PILGRIMAGE
Annual Walking Pilgrimage to Martyrs' Shrine in Midland will take place from August 5 to 11.
This year's theme:
"Lord, teach us to pray" (Luke 11:1).
The cost of participation is $30 for one day, or $50 for the weekend, or $150 for the entire week and covers, among others: accommodation, luggage transport, toilet and truck rentals. We provide a warm dinner at each campsite. On-line registration only: www.pielgrzymka.ca.
Pilgrims should take with them: intention, rosary, OHIP card, tent, sleeping bag, mattress or sleeping mat, soup bowl and utensils, packed lunch, water bottle, cotton socks,
T-shirts with sleeves, toiletries, first aid kit, sunscreen, bug repellant, comfortable (not new!) footwear, headgear, raincoat.
HOCKEY LEAGUE
We are also looking into the possibility of forming a parish Hockey league for all ages. We have some equipment available and have some great coaches and supervisors to oversee this. If you are interested there will be Sign up Sheets available at the back of the Church after all the masses or call or email John our Youth Minister(holyspiritministry4youth@gmail.com) at any time.
HIGHSCHOOL CAMP
The Highschool camp program has been totally re written. Based on the evaluations and suggestions that you made , It will be based on a "journey with St.Peter ,from his first encounter with Jesus to him becoming the first Pope. Combining with the fun of the activities of Camp White Pine you will look at the interactions of Peter and Jesus and how he responded and see how they relate to our own lives and relationship with Jesus. How will you become the "ROCK". So it is very exciting to be part of . the Registration LINK is

This will help the Lead Team to fine tune the Camp even more for you and offer experiences that will help you grow even more in your faith.
